Messplay Model MC Setpoint Controller



The Messplay model MC setpoint controller comes in a NEMA 4X fiberglass enclosure with quick latches for simple access and secure closure.  The electronic setpoint control module offers fully adjustable PID control for any single loop process control application.  Control output signal can be pneumatic (0-30 PSI or 0-60 PSI range) with output pressure gauge installed in front cover or an electric 4-20 mA output for electrically actuated control valves.  We use Azbil and Reotemp pressure and temperature transmitters for our primary sensors depending on application.

Azbil model GTX30A low range pressure transmitters are used on pressure control applications involving any clean fluid in a pipe or vessel.  They offer a display for verification, 4-20 mA output, excellent stability, rangeability, accuracy and come precalibrated for your desired range.  The electronics are housed in a NEMA 4 minimum rated enclosure.

The Azbil model GTX30D low range differential pressure transmitter is used for water level control applications in pressure vessels like steam boilers and deaerators.  They offer a display for verification, 4-20 mA output, excellent stability, rangeability, accuracy and allow simple onsite calibration with the use of a small magnetic tool.  The electronics are housed in a NEMA 4 minimum rated enclosure.

The Reotemp model TA pressure transmitters are budget priced yet high accuracy devices with 4-20 mA output and come precalibrated from the factory with the pressure range that you select on ordering.  The TA is a simple and rugged device with excellent long-term stability and performance and is standard with an all stainless steel body and wetted parts.

Reotemp thermocouple head assemblies come with the type and length of stainless steel stem required for your application.  A small aluminum NEMA 4 conduit head is attached and within is the puck transmitter that converts the measured temperature to a usable 4-20 mA output signal with your desired precalibrated temperature range.  A stainless steel thermowell is provided to allow removal from the process without interruption.
